Cocktail Class at Luc with Woodinville Whiskey
The Madison Valley bistro hosts weekly cocktail classes, courtesy of "bartender extraordinaire" Christophe Rougny. This week at Luc, Rougny will demonistrate how to expertly shake and strain a holiday-appropriate Old Fashioned, using the goods from the guys at Woodinville Whiskey. Yes, of course there will be snacks. Classes are 3 to 4:30, and $50 per person Monday through Friday (it just seemed like a perfect Friday afternoon activity). Call 206-328-6645 for reservations.
SATURDAY, December 15
Toddies and Hot Cocktail Class
I think it’s a class…but it also could be just a chance to drink warm seasonal cocktails at 2 in the afternoon at Cicchetti. Join bartenders, maybe even Jeremy Barnet from this YouTube, and learn how to make them yourself. The class is $65. Call 206-859-4155 for more information.
