Tiki Holiday Party
Combine a nine-piece ukulele band with an ugly South Pacific-themed outfit contest, and you might just think you’re in Hawaii for the holidays. Café Racer is hosting the third annual tiki-themed holiday party with prizes for the most horrendously tropical ensemble. Arrive at 6 to scarf some pulled pork sandwiches and Polynesian drink specials.

Woodinville Holiday Wine Tasting
Happy holidays from Woodinville as 45 wineries the open doors to a two-day tasting from 11 to 4. $65 for both days, $50 for Sunday, will get you a wine glass and tasting book, not to mention coupons and a wine tote bag. For more details and tickets, check online. Shuttles available.

Tavolata’s Sunday Dinner: Lobster
The year's final scheduled family-style meal is served at 6 for Tavolata’s Sunday Dinner series. Going out with a bang, chef Brian Clevenger and his team will offer a dish highlighting lobster for the 26 guests. The cost is $40. For reservations, call 206-838-8008.
Fifth Anniversary of How to Cook a Wolf
More Ethan Stowell event action. The chef’s Queen Anne eatery is celebrating its fifth anniversary by bringing back original chef Ryan Weed. All proceeds benefit The Fetal Hope Foundation. It’s crowded in there, so make your reservations online.
The food truck–loving folks behind Mobile Food Rodeo have lined up 15 vendors to partake in this first annual feast happening 10 to 4 at the Fremont Sunday Market. Beers from eight regional breweries will flow at the Red Door Ale House, and admission is free.

Sozo Wine at Salty’s
Salty’s on Alki’s chef Jeremy McLachlan is drumming up a meal to be paired with Sozo’s artisan wines made from several eastern Washington vineyards. For $85 per person, enjoy the duo while supporting White Center Food Bank, as a portion of the proceeds will be donated. Make reservations by calling Salty’s at 206-937-1600.
