Lucrecia Martel's The Headless Woman (Argentina) coming to SIFF.

I just got back from the Seattle International Film Festival Press Launch, and this Festival's going to be a good one.  The program, which goes from May 21 to June 14, boasts over 250 features, 62 countries represented, and 31 World Premieres, which will descend on 13 area venues over 25 days.

Asked to recommend just one film each, five SIFF representatives ended up naming eight films (Artistic Director Carl Spence chose three).

Here's what they name checked: Tulpan, talhotblond, Gotta Dance, Morris:  A Life With Bells On, Don't Let Me Down, The Headless Woman, and Lovely Loneliness.

Stay tuned for more SIFF dispatches as the Festival approaches.
